Sendlr Privacy Policy

Welcome to Sendlr, a peer-to-peer local file transfer application engineered by Veridicus Lab ("we," "us," or "our").

Sendlr is built on a simple, uncompromising promise: your files transfer directly between your local devices and never touch external cloud servers. We collect zero personal data, run zero telemetry, and maintain zero tracking.

Sendlr operates exclusively over your local Wi-Fi / Local Area Network (LAN). When you send a file:

• A direct, sandboxed peer-to-peer socket connection is established between the sender and receiver device on your local subnet.
• Files are streamed directly point-to-point without routing through the internet, proxy servers, or third-party cloud intermediaries.
• No copy or cache of your files is ever transmitted to or stored on Veridicus Lab servers.

We do not collect, store, transmit, or monetize any user data, network traffic, or file content:

• No User Accounts: You do not need to register, sign in, or provide an email, phone number, or identity.
• Zero File Telemetry: We do not log file names, file sizes, file types, timestamps, or transfer metadata.
• No Analytics or Crash Tracking: Sendlr contains zero advertising trackers, analytics SDKs, or background telemetry.
• No Cloud Relay: If both devices are not on the same local network, transfers do not fall back to cloud servers — keeping your data strictly local.

To perform local peer discovery and file streaming, Sendlr requests standard Android device permissions:

• Local Network / Wi-Fi Access: Required strictly to discover nearby receiving devices on the same Wi-Fi subnet and stream file packets between peers.
• Storage / Media Access: Required strictly to read the file you choose to send and to write the received file to your device's Downloads directory.
